IF you don't mind ...

A few days ago, "Easy Fashion Paris" had its 4 000 000 th visitor since creation of my blog. Incredible and a great satisfaction for me ! But let me tell you something has changed and not in a good way. Where Easy Fashion had 25 comments , now I get hardly 5 comments for a post. Why ?
I tell you why: Some visitors are taking Street Style Blogs for supermarkets of free Fashion pictures picking up pictures and never let a comment or a smile. They come here just to take pics and bring them back to Fashion Forums or Social networks like "The Fashion Spot" (which hosts hundreds of my pictures and denied me access) or "Pinterest"(With his big mouth full of deontology). Even when they link back, they bring no traffic at all ... And let me tell you about those who steal 100% of my blog (like Feedmefashion) or dirty people who duplicate it (changing one letter or more in the adress) to sell advertising. That's my situation today and I will not go on like that eternally if I have not your support.
Thank you !

Il y a quelques jours, "Easy Fashion Paris" a dépassé les 4 000 000 de visiteurs depuis sa création. C'est incroyable et une vraie satisfaction pour moi. Toutefois une chose me désespère.
Merci !

L For B

It's amazing that I've been blogging for almost 5 years and I still get bullied on the internet heheh. The last comment I recently received and did not approve was "nice blog...love the clothes, not the face". I just wonder whether one would actually say that to a person's face in real life. And really, how pretty must one be to be accepted for who she/he simply is? Isn't it sad that people still like to judge physical features as if we were able to ask God how we wanted to look like when we were born? Get over it people. You might not be that pretty or handsome yourself anyway...:)

Btw, this is what I wore to work today...minus the Barbie face, yes bullies?

My look of the day: shirt from Love, jacket from H&M trend, Fornarina jeans from Sojeans, sunglasses from Chanel, heels from Steve Madden, necklace from H&M trend and bag from Lapalette.

It is one week before it is Easter so I am awfully busy with finishing my projects for school that have to be due before the holidays. Besides that, I have got lots of new things going on concerning the blog and I am looking for a suitable new internship. Busy, busy, busy.. But hey, what is new? Luckily, most things are fun to do :)

Enjoy your day!

Singapore Education Exhibition - This Weekend!

Photobucket

Wanna study in Singapore? I’d love to if I could rewind my uni times! Being a leading educational hub in South East Asia, Singapore is simply a greeaaaat place to live, study and play. I really hope I can pursue my Ph.d there someday..:)

For those who are interested or having the tiniest thought of studying in Singapore, you can visit the “Singapore Education Exhibition 2012” on:

Saturday, 31st March 2012, from 2pm – 7pm
at Four Seasons Hotel (Central Jakarta)

&

Sunday, 1st April 2012, from 12pm – 6pm
at Hotel Santika (BSD City – Serpong)

Do visit the fairs to get detailed information on the various courses and academic options in Singapore. Information on various scholarship and tuition grants are also available for International Students...who knows you can get a scholarship! :)

If you’re into arts, you might want to consider Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) which is proven to have produced many talented graduates. Check out Indonesian graduates of NAFA who are making their way to the international market. So proud...:)

Check out more testimonials of NAFA Indonesian students here. Good luck! :)

The Bad Cupcake Analogy

Photobucket

When you're really craving for a delicious cupcake however found the cupcake you bought was totally tasteless, you can either:
  • get mad and throw the cupcake away
  • bring back the cupcake to the store and ask for refund
  • visit back the store and complain to the store manager
  • blab about it on social media
  • cry non-stop because I juuussttt waaannttedd a cuupcaaakee why is liiiifee sooo unfaaiiirrr
  • eat the cupcake because you've bought it anyway
  • just eat the icing because that part is still yummy
  • give the cupcake to someone less fortunate because he/she might appreciate it better
  • take pictures of the cupcake because regardless the taste, the cupcake looks cute!
You see, in life, we OFTEN get bad cupcakes. We all do. Life's good or bad simply depending on how we react to the situations we are forced to face.
